(we do not help with the selling or decluttering items) $5 a bag/box (no big items such as furniture) We also make sure to get a donation slip for you!
Cancellation Policy
Revived Home Cleaning – Service Policies 1. Booking Policy We aim to make scheduling your cleaning service as simple and flexible as possible. Service prices may vary depending on conditions of home. Advance Booking: Services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day requests may be accepted based on availability and may incur a rush fee. Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email and/or text at the time of booking. A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Access to Property: Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled date and time. If access is not available, a lockout fee may apply. 2. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible. Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): A 50% cancellation fee will be charged to cover lost time and staffing costs. No-Shows: If our team arrives and cannot access the property or you are not present (where required), the full service charge will apply. 3. Waitlist Policy To serve our clients better, we offer a waitlist for fully booked days. How It Works: If your preferred date/time is unavailable, we can place you on our waitlist. We will notify you if a spot becomes available. Priority Notification: Waitlisted clients will be contacted in the order of request via email and/or text. Response Time: Once notified of an opening, clients have 2 hours to confirm the spot before we move on to the next person on the list. Questions?
